Had a lovely Xmas stay with my family. The Spa was excellent, and the chefs are authentic and provided a wide selection in breakfast. The staff was outstanding, attentive and could speak multiple languages. Our requests were always met promptly, and we enjoyed the beautiful mountain panoramas from our rooms and the restaurant. Great location, close to activities and attractions.
We were disappointed in the additional cost for the water put on the table in the room. , the WIFI was not working, and we had to rely on a manager's personal hotspot for internet access.

The hotel location was ideal for a quiet getaway. the sauna, wellness corner, and fresh mountain air provided a relaxing atmosphere. the rooms were clean and linens were changed daily. the breakfast spread had a wide-selection and was authentic, unlike average 3-star hotels. the attentive staff was able to fulfill unusual requests, such as arranging a birthday party.
The hotel provided bottled water at a steep cost, which was unexpected.

Great mountain view from the hotel! Good bed and comfortable room. However, the tap water was expensive. Important to bring your own bottle. Also, be careful when eating at the hotel restaurant, as the prices are over the top. The location of the hotel was ideal for those looking for a quiet and relaxing stay.
WiFi didn't work. This made it difficult to stay connected and access important information. The hotel staff wasn't very helpful in resolving this issue. Also, breakfast was subpar. Not a lot of variety and not as tasty as expected. a disappointing experience.
